When you browse

This page uses no cookies or analytics and loads nothing from third parties: fonts and images are served from here. The server logs do not contain your IP address. To prevent abuse, the server keeps a hash of the address, from which it cannot be recovered. If you use the form, see the section “If you write to us”.

In the demo

When you log in with the access key, a session cookie is created. It is necessary so that you see only your own tests, and it expires after thirty minutes of inactivity. The files you upload and the documents generated are deleted automatically after 24 hours, and you can delete them earlier with a button.

If you write to us

Through the form we receive your email address and whatever you write, and we use them only to reply to you about ebr2pdf. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). The message is sent by Resend and delivered to our Fastmail mailbox, both of which process it on our behalf. We keep it for as long as the conversation lasts. To prevent abuse, the server that receives the form keeps your IP address in memory for one hour at most. It does not write it to any log, and it is lost when the server restarts.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to legal@team-banzai.com. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).
